Job summary

Gutor is a leading international manufacturer of UPS systems for industrial applications, with over 75 years in business and a global presence. The company seeks a purchaser to manage PO/PR, RFQ, supplier follow-ups, and SAP MRP updates, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate records.

Ideal candidates hold a degree with good English, are team players, and willing to work extra hours if required. The role involves liaising with shipping and finance teams and maintaining supplier data.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline with good command of English.
Team work is essential and candidate should be willing to work extra if required.

Responsibilities

To involve in purchasing activities including issue Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition, Request For Quote, etc.
To follow up with supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods ordered.
To update SAP MRP database timely to ensure system has accurate info.
To review safety stock decisions and timely update on usage evolution
To involve in supplier selection and evaluation process.
To monitor commodity to ensure sufficient stock.
To maintain a proper record of purchase, quotation and suppliers information.
To liaise with shipping department on materials import shipment.
To coordinate and support finance if there is invoicing issue from suppliers.
To carry out other duties as and when directed by the Management.
