Job summary

PAN-INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS (M) SDN BHD in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Purchase/Procurement professional to manage release of Purchase Orders based on MRP and PRs. The role involves following up PO acknowledgements, coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely inbound materials to support production.

You will liaise with suppliers on quality issues, plan delivery schedules, and monitor rescheduling or cancellations, with focus on cost efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchase order processing and supplier coordination.
• Understanding of MRP and purchase requisitions.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Release Purchase Orders based on MRP/PR.
• Follow up PO acknowledgements and delivery confirmations.
• Plan delivery schedules to suppliers for shipments.
• Follow up and monitor PO cancellations.
• Liaise with suppliers on quality issues to resolve problems.
• Ensure timely inbound shipments to support production.
