Job summary

Reeracoen is seeking a meticulous material status and inventory planning specialist in Malaysia to manage daily material status reporting to PCs, prepare weekly shortage reports by customer, and communicate with customers and internal teams on consignments and purchasing. The role involves analyzing inventory, balancing monthly reports, and supporting ECN/CPRF processes.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and IQC to ensure accurate reporting, proactive stock

Responsibilities

• 1. Prepare daily material status to PC
• 2. Prepare weekly shortage report by customer
• 3. Communicate with customer for consign items
• 4. Communicate with Purchasing/PC for purchase items
• 5. Make customer inventory report; verify variance causes and communicate with customers
• 6. Inventory reporting based on Inventory, PO, Demand; monthly balancing
• 7. ECN (Engineering Change Note) cut-off and stocks control
• 8. CPRF (Change part request form) before production start
• 9. Analyze inventory turnover by customers and prepare explanations
• 10. Check no demand data and find alternatives for consumption of stock
• 11. Advise expiry data to IQC and prepare explanatory material
• 12. Drop Part Analysis by customer; share findings with production and prepare presentation
• 13. Analyze stocks < 1 month and coordinate with purchasing
• 14. Create buy qty reports and month-end reports to KMS
• 15. Monitor safety stocks based on critical parts
• 16. Coordinate buying/selling within Kaga group
• 17. Apply Lampiran A2/A3 data submissions for custom
• 18. Compare new model listing with Engineering BOM for purchase/consign parts
• 19. Advise packing material quantities for daily inbound shipments; compare plan vs actual receiving data
• 20. Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned
