Job summary

AURIGHTEC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Kedah is hiring a Material Planner Cum Buyer to ensure timely material availability for production and customer demand while maintaining solid inventory levels and supplier performance.

You will manage end-to-end planning and purchasing activities, including MRP planning, PR/PO management, supplier follow-up, shortage handling and CTB/MPS reporting to support on-time delivery. EMS/PCBA experience and strong Excel/ERP skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering or related.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in material planning, purchasing or supply chain management.
• EMS/PCBA manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP results and analyze material requirements based on demand and production plans.
• Prepare and release weekly PRs.
• Develop and maintain material plans and Full Kit plans to support production.
• Submit CTB reports within the required timeline.
• Support MPS commitment and ensure material readiness for on-time delivery (OTD/OTR).
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize turns to minimize shortages.
