Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Material Planner to oversee material planning and rescheduling to align with the production build plan and demand changes. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Material Requirements Plan (MRP) based on demand, production schedules, BOM, inventory, and lead times.
• Translate production requirements into material demand and coordinate replenishment with Buyers/Procurement.
• Monitor material availability and readiness to support the production plan.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks; collaborate with Buyers, Planning and Engineering to mitigate.
• Analyze forecast vs. actual consumption and loading trends to improve planning accuracy.
• Provide suppliers with monthly/weekly material forecasts and demand projections.
• Perform capacity and constraint analyses to highlight potential supply gaps.
• Maintain appropriate raw material inventories, including safety stock and targets.
• Support production schedule changes by assessing material impact and proposing actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and visibility.
• Provide regular material risk updates to Planning and Supply Chain stakeholders.

## Sr Material PlannerApply: Penang, MY: Full time: Posted Today: JR-100550## Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for material planning and rescheduling activities based on the production build plan and changes in demand or production requirements.* Generate and maintain the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) based on S&OP demand, production schedules, BOM requirements, inventory levels, and material lead times.* Translate production requirements into material demand and replenishment requirements and communicate these requirements to the respective Buyer/Procurement team for execution.* Monitor material availability and readiness to ensure adequate supply to support the production plan.* Identify potential material shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks, and work closely with Buyers, Production Planning, Engineering, and other stakeholders to develop mitigation and recovery plans.* Review and analyze forecast/demand versus actual consumption and loading trends to continuously improve material planning accuracy.* Provide suppliers and/or the Procurement team with monthly/weekly material forecasts and demand projections to support capacity and supply planning.* Perform material capacity and constraint analysis based on demand requirements and highlight potential supply gaps to the appropriate stakeholders.* Establish and maintain appropriate raw material inventory levels, including safety stock and inventory targets, in accordance with company guidelines.* Monitor inventory health and proactively manage excess, shortage, slow-moving, and obsolete materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.* Support production schedule changes by assessing material impact, availability, and readiness, and recommending appropriate planning actions.* Drive continuous improvement in material planning processes, MRP accuracy, inventory optimization, and material visibility.* Provide regular material status and risk updates to Planning and Supply Chain stakeholders.* Support special projects and other supply chain initiatives as assigned by the manager.* Perform other material planning-related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.## ## Job Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.* Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in relevant field* Advanced knowledge of NPI Planning and Material Scheduling & Control.* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills* Strong communication and presentation skills* Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
