Job summary

Celestica Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Material Planner) to oversee master planning at the Kulim site. You will apply material planning, scheduling, and MRP knowledge to ensure timely, accurate supply operations in a electronics manufacturing setting.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with familiarity in SAP, ERP, and Clear to Build being advantageous. The position is office-based with standard working hours and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.
• Good understanding of specific customers' business, organization, products and processes.
• Basic understanding of customer needs and demands.
• Good analytical and statistical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the master planning process for some/all customers at the site.
• Develops, plans, provides data, analysis, and recommendations to make strategic labor resource and equipment decisions.
