You will identify opportunities, present Rayxen Tech's solutions, and coordinate with sales and technical teams to tailor offerings. You will develop campaigns, generate leads through events and networking, and build lasting relationships with business customers.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or sales.
• Experience in IT, technology, electronics, retail or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable approaching and meeting new customers.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of targets.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel locally for customer visits and marketing activities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese or other local languages will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute marketing and business development activities to increase market presence.
• Actively identify and approach new potential customers, including SMEs and corporate accounts.
• Generate sales leads through networking, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and business customers.
• Identify potential partnerships with schools, organisations, distributors and developers.
• Promote Rayxen Tech's products, services and technology solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product/solution introductions.
• Work with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Develop marketing campaigns to generate measurable sales opportunities.
• Organise roadshows, exhibitions, launches and corporate events.
• Develop relationships with technology brands for joint marketing activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Follow up on leads and progress opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and campaign results.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and progress.
