Job summary

Rayxen Tech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic sales associate to assist walk-in customers, understand their IT needs and recommend laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, monitors and accessories.

You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social channels, prepare quotations and follow up on leads while explaining specifications, warranties and options clearly. The role emphasizes building relationships and hitting sales targets in a showroom environment.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in computers, gaming, technology and IT products.
• Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops and computer hardware is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn product specifications and new technologies.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese or local dialects are an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media/WhatsApp communication.
• Sales or retail experience is an advantage but not compulsory

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, monitors, accessories and other IT products.
• Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media and other company channels.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Explain product specifications, features, warranty and available options clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with product comparisons based on their requirements and budget.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Keep updated on new products, promotions, pricing and technology trends.
• Assist with showroom product displays, price tags and merchandising.
• Coordinate with technicians on product setup, installation and technical requirements.
• Assist with stock checking and ensure product information is accurate.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Support other showroom and sales activities when required.
