Job summary

SEER S&R in Kulai, Johor is seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery across manufacturing, transport or logistics activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a senior supply chain capacity, a Diploma or higher, strong data analysis skills and a proactive, innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics management role, preferably within manufacturing, transport or logistics
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above in any field
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 & RBA will be added advantages
• Knowledge of Mandarin will be added advantages

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage planning, inventory and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for improvement with data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage supplier relationships
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize stock-outs and overstocking
• Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to support growth and expansion initiatives
