Job summary

ARYZTA Food Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to drive continuous improvement across maintenance systems, manage spare parts procurement, and coordinate activities with production, sanitation, and facilities. You will oversee work orders, audits, KPI reporting, and contractor management while leading maintenance admin tasks.

The role requires a minimum trade qualification (mechanical/electrical) or a tertiary engineering degree with 1+ year in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical trade or engineering qualification.
• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong safety focus and compliance with safety systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement of maintenance system data (MEX) including asset registration and PM policy updates.
• Procure spare parts and manage inventory in maintenance system and physical storage.
• Coordinate GMP walks and schedule works with production, sanitation, facilities, and projects.
• Follow up audit gaps and prepare detailed work orders including scoping requirements.
• Prepare reports and KPI dashboards based on weekly/monthly routines.
• Lead special maintenance projects from CER submission to capex tracking.
• Participate in Contractor Management from safety induction to permit issuance for high risk tasks.
• Lead maintenance department administrative tasks and document controls including weekly duty rosters and PR/POs.
