Job summary

EURATECH INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, organize and lead all maintenance activities across production machinery, utilities and facilities. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and pursue continuous improvement to ensure safe and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

You will supervise maintenance personnel, maintain SOPs and records, and present weekly status and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to manage maintenance budgets and drive cost efficiency.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance activities to ensure reliability and uptime of production equipment.
• Lead maintenance team and develop SOPs/work instructions.
• Analyse failures and implement corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Monitor maintenance costs and optimize spare parts utilisation.
• Coordinate with Production to minimise disruption and improve MTBF.
