Job summary

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS is seeking a Senior Director to drive CAPE's strategic growth and educational excellence. You will lead industry partnerships, portfolio development, and innovative learning solutions to enhance workforce development and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

Recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
Minimum 15 years in higher education, corporate training, or professional development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Drive strategic leadership and direction for CAPE aligned with institutional priorities
Lead multi-year roadmaps for programmes, partnerships and revenue sustainability
Strengthen industry and government partnerships to grow CAPE's ecosystem
Champion innovation in learning, technology and delivery across modalities
Oversee governance, quality, compliance and performance reporting
Foster high-performance teams and succession planning
Manage stakeholder engagement, branding and market positioning
Ensure client-centric, outcome-focused learning solutions
