Job summary

CAPE seeks a Manager, Content Development to lead the creation and delivery of high-impact professional education content aligned with strategic priorities. You will collaborate with lecturers, SMEs and industry professionals to ensure rigorous, relevant and engaging learning experiences across digital, physical and hybrid formats.

The role emphasizes instructional design, governance, and continuous quality improvement to strengthen CAPE’s reputation in transformative education.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field.
8–10 years in content development or instructional design.
Strong pedagogical knowledge and leadership in content development.
Excellent communication, facilitation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and governance of learning content across multiple formats (digital, physical, hybrid).
Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Drive learning strategy, portfolio innovation and continuous improvement of programmes.
Analyse learner profiles and data to design targeted learning pathways.
Coordinate content development schedules and ensure alignment with delivery plans.
Support governance, quality assurance and branding across learning materials.
