Job summary

Sime Darby Holdings Berhad is seeking a senior corporate finance professional to support investments, M&A and mobility initiatives across the Group. The role involves financial analysis, due diligence, and coordinating transaction execution with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

You will monitor the mobility investment portfolio, identify optimisation opportunities and contribute to governance reporting.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
CFA or professional accounting qualification would be an added advantage.
At least 8–10 years’ relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, investments and/or corporate development.
Strong financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling skills.
Good commercial judgement, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Group’s corporate finance activities including evaluation and execution of investments, M&A, divestments and mobility initiatives.
Coordinate due diligence and assist in transaction structuring, negotiation and execution.
Prepare investment proposals, management papers and board-level presentations.
Monitor mobility investments and manage relationships with portfolio companies and partners.
Provide regular updates on transactions, mobility initiatives and portfolio performance, ensuring governance compliance.
