Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate finance advisory and consultancy assignments for clients.
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including deal screening, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution.
• Assist in financial models, projections, forecasts, valuation analyses and investment analysis.
• Conduct financial and business analysis to assess the performance, financial position and commercial viability of companies and potential investments.
• Conduct industry, market and competitor research to support corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments.
• Assist with financial due diligence, including review and analysis of financial statements, management accounts and other financial information.
• Support transaction structuring, deal negotiation and preparation of relevant transaction documentation.
• Liaise with clients, professional advisers, auditors, lawyers, financial institutions and other stakeholders throughout corporate transactions.
• Assist with corporate restructuring, business valuation, fundraising, capital raising and other corporate finance exercises.
• Monitor transaction progress, maintain transaction schedules and ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines.
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities, investors, acquisition targets and strategic partners.
• Provide accounting and financial analysis support in connection with corporate advisory assignments.
