Job summary

Eurofins in Johor Bahru is seeking a Marketing and Sales professional to drive marketing and sales activities for the assigned market and to maintain a computerized customer and prospect database. You will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry discipline or equivalents.
• Minimum 2-3 years and above experiences in related industries
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a team-player who is resourceful and able to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.
• Resources and Manpower planning to maximise utilisation to meet the sales target
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Setting targets to himself/herself as well as sales executives
• Supervising, motivating and monitoring sales team performance Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Plan and organise for market research, competitor and customer surveys
• Promote or introduce company’s products and testing services to new customer
• Survey and understand the market competitor’s activities and laboratory testing trends
• Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve measurable sales target
• Maintain customer databases; keep records of customer interaction and transactions, and the details of inquiries, comment and complaints
• Analyse, evaluate and review customer’s feedback on services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure proper resolution
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer timeframes and enquiries
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
• Perform other job related duties as may be assigned by the top management
