Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior Contract Manager to lead the full contract lifecycle, from intake and drafting through execution, renewal, and expiry. You will work with procurement, finance, technology, and business teams to support operational needs with compliant, commercially sound contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and Malaysian Bar admission preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in contract management or drafting roles.
• Experience with fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end contract lifecycle from intake to expiry.
• Draft, review and negotiate vendor, IT, SaaS and outsourcing agreements.
• Coordinate approvals and drive process improvements in Legal.
• Manage post‑execution obligations and disputes when needed.
