Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to shape and govern technology solutions across the organization. You will work with technology squads, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure designs align with architecture standards, security, resiliency, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or similar technology leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, solution design, and enterprise technology standards.
• Experience reviewing application, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security architectures.
• Knowledge of technology risk management, regulatory requirements, and IT governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to evaluate complex technology solutions.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or equivalent architecture certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and guide solution designs to align with architecture standards, security, resiliency, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver scalable, practical, and maintainable solutions that support business objectives.
• Develop and govern architecture standards, design principles, and reference architectures.
• Support architecture review and governance processes, including risk assessment and compliance reviews.
• Advise project teams on non-functional requirements such as security, performance, availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Partner with business and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Maintain architecture documentation and contribute to modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
