Job summary

Hooga, under the care of Eadess Sdn Bhd, seeks a Merchandising Executive to support franchise demand planning and inventory optimisation across markets. You will maintain demand files, align merchandising strategies with management direction, monitor stock levels, and identify overstock or understock risks while providing timely recommendations.

You will also prepare monthly order proposals for active and new SKUs for franchise review, analyse performance, and support cross-functional planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in category/merchandise planning in a retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Responsibilities

• Support franchise demand planning and inventory optimisation.
• Maintain and update franchise demand optimisation files.
• Monitor stock levels across franchises and alert on overstock or understock risks.
• Prepare monthly order proposals for active and new SKUs.
• Analyse sell-through, stock coverage and sales performance.
• Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain and franchise teams.
