Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a multinational supplier of high-volume production equipment for semiconductors in Malaysia. The role of Customer Support & Inventory Specialist focuses on day-to-day customer support and proactive domestic inventory management for a key customer.

You will coordinate service visits, prepare quotes for spare parts and onsite service, and oversee shipments worldwide. Strong English and Malay communication and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in business or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Customer Support / Inventory Management with logistics experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Malay.
• Proficient with MS Office and project software.
• SAP Key User experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic inventory, procedures, and SAP processes for a key customer.
• Maintain inventory control per SAP requirements.
• Manage consignment inventory at customer sites.
• Review BOMs and change notices.
• Coordinate tool, spare parts and upgrade shipments domestically and internationally with HQ and vendors.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and verify packing/shipping docs.
• Create quotes and invoices; manage spare parts and service invoicing.
• Collect and report FSE time sheets and expenses to Accounting.
