Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Experience in parts management and forecasting for small-item SKUs.
• Experience communicating with suppliers, partners and customers.
• Strong data collection, analysis and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage service parts inventory to maintain balance with service targets.
• Forecast and order parts and ensure timely stock-up for new models.
• Coordinate with Regional HQ, partners and supply chain teams on spare parts.
• Update spare parts pricing in SAP and internal systems.
• Prepare and submit performance and inventory reports.
• Process orders from distributors and obtain monthly forecasts.
• Handle warranty claims and expedite claims processing.
• Provide ETA updates on shortages and coordinate courier arrangements.
