Scimmtrol Semiconductor Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving and issuing semiconductor equipment parts, machined components and materials for the assembly line.

You'll verify quantities against POs, assist in cycle counts, maintain accurate ERP records, and ensure 5S and safety standards in a cleanroom environment. Prior ERP and Excel skills are preferred, with ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years' experience in warehouse receiving/issuing, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic Microsoft Excel.
• Careful, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to handle parts and operate warehouse equipment (forklift license is an added advantage).

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming components and materials from local and international suppliers, and check quantities, part numbers and condition against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with the Quality team on incoming inspection and segregate rejected or non-conforming parts.
• Label, store and arrange parts in the correct locations, following ESD, cleanroom-compatible and safe handling requirements.
• Prepare, pick and issue parts and kits to Production based on work orders and material requests.
• Record all receiving, issuing and stock movements accurately in the ERP system.
• Assist in cycle counts, stock checks and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse in line with 5S standards.
