Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required) in a related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Understanding of the industry’s key business drivers is a plus.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality. Follow-up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.
• Proactively drive and ensure timely delivery of parts from suppliers to Applied factories, resolving shipment/receiving and billing issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning; execute pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
• Drive inventory and efficiency reduction initiatives (E & Z).
• Negotiate and execute purchases and RFQs to achieve lowest cost while maintaining quality.
• Resolve supply issues with key stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, PMs) with support from managers.
