Job summary

Netwitz is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Executive to support the Sales Team in day-to-day operations, focusing on quotation preparation, vendor coordination, and customer follow-up to ensure a smooth order process from enquiry to fulfillment.

The role covers lead qualification, opportunity follow-up, order and delivery coordination, and administrative support. You will liaise with vendors and customers, maintain records, and generate quotation-related reports to drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Sales Support is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing, quotations, and product availability.
• Support customer enquiries and business opportunities with the Sales Team.
• Liaise with suppliers on lead times, stock, and order status.
• Assist in sourcing products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer specifications.
• Ensure pricing and terms are accurate; revise quotations as needed.
• Maintain records of quotations and related documents.
• Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate responses with the Sales Team to address enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Follow up on new leads and qualify by understanding requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities and assign them to the Sales Representative.
• Maintain and update opportunity records in the CRM or sales tracking system.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to arrange deliveries.
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely delivery to customer sites.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery progress; resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate sales, quotation, and customer records; prepare related documentation.
• Generate reports on quotation status, sales opportunities, and delivery progress.
