Job summary

Shopee Malaysia seeks a seasoned BP&A Lead to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation across business units. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and commercial teams to optimize profits and resource allocation.

You will build models, provide insights, and mentor analysts to support strategic decisions and sustainable growth for the e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or strategy roles.
• Preference for experience in e-commerce, tech, logistics, or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of owning P&L and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting cycles with department heads.
• Own the P&L for the business unit and monitor key KPIs.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenarios such as new markets, pricing, or subsidies.
• Conduct ROI analyses on projects and evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts.
