Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives, including Performance Management redesign, Talent Acquisition and Job Architecture projects. You will ensure quality deliverables, manage risks, and collaborate with CoE, HR, and HR Tech teams to drive strategic alignment and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in project management, preferably HR-related.
• Proven experience with Talent Acquisition/Core HCM (Workday) is required.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.

• Develop and implement project management initiatives aligned with HR goals.
• Establish best practices for project frameworks and ensure standardization and efficiency.
• Monitor timelines and deliver outcomes on schedule; address delays promptly.
• Organize governance forums like Design Authority and SteerCo for strategic alignment on design and solution.
• Oversee consultant work, providing guidance and achieving high-quality deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across CoE, HR, and HR Tech; present status reports to leadership.
