You will screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines that align with business goals.

You will deliver a high-quality candidate experience, stay current with industry trends, and contribute to employer branding initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with agency and in-house experience.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle and channel effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with attention to detail and simplification.
• Self-starter with good prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of recruiting strategy aligned with the technology growth blueprint.
• Identify hiring needs and plan pipelines with hiring managers.
• Screen resumes focusing on technical expertise, certifications, and culture-fit.
• Conduct pre-screening calls, structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to align recruitment with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay aligned to industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
• Support ad hoc initiatives like talent mapping and employer branding.
