Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Workday HCM Solutions stack, ensuring alignment with objectives and adoption of best practices.
• Consolidate demand across COEs, LBUs, and HR stakeholders into a multi-year HR technology roadmap.
• Oversee HR technology programs from concept through deployment, testing to stabilisation.
• Establish design principles, architecture standards, and guardrails across Workday initiatives.
• Align HR Leadership, COEs, LBUs, and Group Tech on priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Serve as SME across Workday HCM modules and enable deep solution design while guiding the team.
• Drive standardization of delivery methodologies, tools, and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Advise the HRIS team on design specs, data flows, test scenarios, and change records for delivery and audits.
• Support testing and enablement through unit, integration, and UAT, driving stakeholder adoption via training.
• Stay current with Workday releases and industry best practices to enhance UX, efficiency and value.
• Build functional and architectural capability within the HR Technology team and mentor across the group.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend enhancements aligned to organizational needs.
