Job summary

KHIND Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive, Payroll & Benefits to manage end-to-end payroll operations and benefits administration for Malaysia-based employees. You will ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, timely reporting, and effective benefits administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

The role requires meticulous data handling in HRIS and a focus on delivering a positive employee experience within a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll operations.
• Benefits administration including medical and group insurance.
• Statutory compliance and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full monthly payroll cycle for Khind Malaysia employees.
• Process payroll transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses and incentives.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and payroll journals for Finance.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and reconcile data to ensure accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits and liaise with insurers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory contributions and tax documents.
• Support HRIS data integrity and payroll system enhancements.
• Generate reports and analyses as required by management.
