Wawasan Sutera Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resource Executive to focus on recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and day-to-day HR operations, collaborating with management to support manpower growth.

You will manage full recruitment lifecycle, monitor market salaries, handle ER matters, lifecycle changes, and maintain HR policies and records while driving HRIS improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and employee/industrial relations.
• Strong recruitment experience with ability to assess manpower needs and market conditions.
• Experience with transportation, logistics, or manpower-intensive industries is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage across levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and manpower planning.
• Monitor market salaries, benefits and hiring packages.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, investigations and grievances.
• Manage employee lifecycle including confirmations, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Review and maintain HR policies and documentation per Malaysian laws.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower, attendance and performance.
• Coordinate training, development and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and systems data.
• Support improvements and digitalisation of HR processes and reporting.
