Job summary

The role requires handling enquiries, counselling, discipline, and policy guidance while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive employee relations and industrial harmony through compliant HR practices.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters with confidentiality.
• Support policy development, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Prepare HR reports on disciplinary cases, grievances, absenteeism, and turnover.
