Dexcom is seeking a Senior Manager Vendor Management to lead global electronics supplier management. The role focuses on supplier relationships, performance, risk mitigation, and cost-reduction initiatives across strategic suppliers and contract manufacturers.

The position requires 8+ years in supplier management within regulated industries, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and readiness for product changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supplier management, sourcing/procurement or supply chain in medical device or highly regulated industry.
• Proven leadership experience spanning global supplier initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to drive solutions in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global electronics supplier management strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own supplier relationship and performance management, including improvement programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier relationships, manufacturing processes, capacity, and obsolescence.
• Ensure compliance of category strategies and contract terms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with design and schedules; resolve escalations.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and VAVE projects for electronics components and assemblies.
• Foster lean processes and innovation with suppliers; ensure readiness for new product introductions.
