Job summary

Renesas is seeking an HR AI & Digital Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption, automation, and process innovation across Global Human Resources. You will champion AI initiatives, redesign HR workflows, and partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings experience in HR transformation, HR technology, and analytics, with a hands-on approach to AI tools like Copilot/ChatGPT and HR platforms.

Qualifications

• HR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Operations Excellence, or Management Consulting background or IT/Data Analytics/AI with HR project experience.
• HR process redesign, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and HR tech platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services, and operational processes.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance, best practices, and workforce upskilling programs.
• Measure business impact through analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.
