• Familiarity with HR tech stacks (Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS) and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, and services.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, PoCs, and scale successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to boost productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance and workforce upskilling programs.
• Measure business impact with analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.
