Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration and solution design.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central and core configuration areas such as business rules, MDF objects, workflows, RBP, and data models.
• Proven experience designing scalable HRIS solutions and leading changes from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and resolution of complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions with HR, IT, Payroll, and partners.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable global HR system solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors capabilities, options, and configuration standards.
• Drive release impact assessments, system optimization, automation, and data quality improvements.
• Establish configuration standards and documentation; mentor HRIS team members and share expertise.
