Qualifications

• Experience in HR digital transformation or related consulting projects.
• Experience with HR platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Ability to lead AI pilots and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in data tooling (Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Python) for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services, and operational processes.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance, best practices, and workforce upskilling programs.
• Measure business impact through analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.
