Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR and administration experience.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience establishing or strengthening HR processes in growing organisations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and policy administration.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, claims and HR data accuracy.
• Oversee office administration, filing, memos and records management.
• Prepare HR reports and support audit or management review.
