Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager on related matters.
• Ensure smooth running of related services operation.
• Report on hospital operations to the General Manager.
• Assist in general administrative matters.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare feasibility studies for hospital equipment investment.
• Assist in ensuring adequate manpower for services.
• Involve in marketing and public relations for the hospital.
• Monitor financial performance aspects.
• Assist in yearly budget preparation and management reports.
• Liaise with vendors for repairs and equipment purchases.
• Coordinate ad-hoc repairing services.
• Assist with specifications and quotations for new equipment.
• Identify staff training needs.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008 and MSQH standards.
