Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in management, education, research, assessment, business development or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, monitoring deliverables and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership coordination or enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate across institutional functions and translate objectives into structured plans and measurable deliverables.
• Experience preparing management reports and maintaining controlled records.

Responsibilities

• Translate AMANAH priorities into integrated operational plans, workstreams, timelines, responsibilities and delivery milestones for the Director's review and endorsement.
• Manage the operational rhythm of the Director's Office, including governance meetings, agendas, minutes, decision logs, action registers, briefing papers and correspondence.
• Monitor implementation of agreed decisions and commitments, escalate material delays and risks requiring the Director's intervention.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure owners, dependencies, deliverables and reporting arrangements are clearly established.
• Lead development and maintenance of an integrated programme calendar, delivery plan and monitoring framework.
• Oversee coordination with programme leads, facilitators, assessors, sponsors and institutional contacts.
• Monitor progress against scope, timelines and quality; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee administration of assessment schedules, participant records, logbooks and progression-gate requirements.
• Establish processes to improve completeness, traceability and consistency of records.
• Coordinate assessor and moderation reviews and track development actions.
• Ensure assessment judgements and progression approvals remain with authorised decision-makers.
• Lead preparation of management dashboards and reporting; analyse data for trends and risks.
• Promote data quality and accountability across programme workstreams.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and partnership pipelines across KPJU and external stakeholders.
• Identify collaboration opportunities and coordinate partnership concepts and sponsorship proposals.
• Maintain stakeholder and partnership registers and monitor contributions and follow-ups.
• Build effective working relationships to support collaboration and ecosystem development.
• Monitor partnership progress and recommend actions to strengthen engagement and value.
• Coordinate development of co-created programmes and knowledge-to-value opportunities.
• Prepare business cases or proposal materials outlining objectives, risks and outcomes.
• Track initiatives from proposal through delivery, evaluation and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and institutional value.
