Job summary

SPX Express invites a proactive business development professional to drive seller growth and overall seller experience on its e‑commerce platform in Kuala Lumpur. You will source, engage and convert leads, work with local and regional teams on growth initiatives, and ensure monthly sales targets are met while maintaining high seller retention.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with 1–2 years in related fields, strong Malay and English communication, and a plus for Mandarin

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e‑commerce platform is a plus.
Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must.
Strong communication skills in Malay and English; Mandarin fluency is good to have.

Responsibilities

Manages the overall seller experience and growth on SPX.
Lead sourcing and networking to maintain a healthy pool of sales leads.
Generate, engage and convert available sales leads.
Responsible for achieving sales targets on a month-to-month basis.
Maintain high retention rate of sellers on SPX with strategies and escalation channels.
Provide periodic suggestions to supporting functions and act as the main bridge between sellers and SPX for feedback.
Work closely with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives.
Address daily ad-hoc issues faced from all stakeholders.
