Job summary

SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for managed SPX service points and to foster strong relationships with partners to sustain high service levels.

You will monitor partner performance, address inquiries and escalations, provide onboarding and incubation support to new partners, and conduct regular partner visits to drive continuous improvement and a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English communication.
• Strong team player and adaptive to dynamic working culture.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for managed SPX service points and foster strong relationships with partners to maintain high service levels.
• Partner onboarding and support: Provide online training and one month of incubation support to new partners, ensuring they are well-equipped with processes and standards.
• Performance monitoring and improvement: Track partner performance metrics and provide insights or recommendations for improvement; monitor stuck parcels to prevent losses and ensure a positive user experience.
• Periodic partner visits: Schedule regular visits to partners for performance reviews and feedback for continuous improvement.
