Zusammenfassung

Taylor's Education Group in Malaysia is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to source, evaluate, and advance M&A, strategic partnerships, and affordable education ventures. You will translate ambitious growth priorities into clear business cases, diligence inputs, commercial structures, and decision-ready recommendations for leadership, Exco, IC, or the Board.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
Master's/MBA or professional qualification is an added advantage.
Strong corporate finance, investment evaluation, and ability to challenge models.

Aufgaben

Source and progress a structured pipeline of acquisition, partnership, and inorganic growth opportunities for Taylor's Education Group.
Lead or co-lead conversations with founders, owners, investors, and strategic partners to build trust and avoid overcommitment.
Develop acquisition theses, screening memos, and investment cases for leadership, IC, or Board review.
Challenge valuation logic, strategic fit, risk profile, and expected returns.
Support LOI, SPA, SHA, leases, revenue-share, JV, and related transaction documentation with counsel and finance.
Shape commercial structures and key terms with counterparties and internal stakeholders.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, Strategy, Law, Real Estate, Education, or related field

MBA, CFA or professional accounting qualification (added advantage)
