Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is assisting a leading EMS provider in recruiting a Business Development Manager for PCBA & Boxbuild. You will spearhead growth, identify opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's EMS footprint.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or related fields, have 7+ years in business development, excel at communication and negotiations, and be willing to travel for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in both technical/manufacturing and commercial aspects is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth by identifying market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Develop and manage proposals for new projects or partnerships with engineering and operations.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and oversee terms and performance.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate leads and expand networks.
• Provide training and coaching to sales/marketing teams on services and market trends.
