Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks a Program Manager to expand and refine the company’s program portfolio in the electronics EMS sector. You will develop strategy, manage resources, and collaborate with HR, marketing, and finance to ensure successful program delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee budgeting, and report performance to executives, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations in Johor.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with large and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Expand program offerings and improve existing programs.
• Develop and implement strategy for the program team with risk mitigation.
• Understand how projects interlink and overlap within the program.
• Coordinate with HR to manage staff and resources for programs.
• Liaise with marketing to raise awareness of programs.
• Manage budgets and report fund allocation.
• Participate in tender and grant processes, including design and review.
• Coordinate events and workshops for programs.
• Gather feedback and present insights to leadership.
• Report program performance to executive team and directors.
