Job summary

NationGate Plus Sdn. Bhd., a leading EMS provider in Malaysia, is seeking a Business Development Manager (SMT & Box Build) to grow key accounts and drive revenue.

You will build relationships with OEM/ODM customers, identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Travel domestically and internationally as needed, with a focus on expanding market presence and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in BD, sales, or account management.
• EMS industry experience preferred.
• Proven revenue growth and account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship mgmt.
• Able to work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage customer accounts and be primary contact for commercial matters.
• Lead customer engagements and account management activities.
• Coordinate RFQ, quotation, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Support new business acquisition and project launches.
• Prepare and present business updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute BD strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to hit targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
