Job summary

AIST Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Government Relations Specialist to engage with Malaysian regulators and navigate the evolving policy landscape.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships across government levels and aligning policy with business priorities. You will monitor developments, assess impacts, and collaborate with Legal, Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure compliant, strategic growth in the e-hailing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ Government Relations experience.
• Hands-on experience with government at multiple levels is essential.
• Experience with MOT, MOE, MOF or Ministry of Human Resources is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor policy developments and proposed regulations affecting our business.
• Assess regulatory impact on operations, legality and economics.
• Represent the company in policy discussions with senior officials.
