Job summary

Altera Malaysia is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate activities and milestones required to secure and maintain government approvals from the Malaysian Government.

This role will serve as the central focal point across engineering, finance, human resources, legal, tax, government affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation, submission, and approval of all required documentation and supporting evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and PM certification is advantageous.
• 8–12 years of experience in project coordination, program management or regulatory work.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with senior executives and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the overall project plan, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies for government approvals.
• Drive cross-functional project execution across Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Tax, and Corporate Affairs.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and submission of all application documents with agencies.
• Maintain schedules and ensure timely closure of actions arising from reviews and queries.
• Engage with government agencies and external consultants to track regulatory changes.
