Job summary

Altera Malaysia is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate activities and milestones required to secure and maintain government approvals from the Malaysian Government.

You will act as the central focal point across Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Government Affairs and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation, submission, and approval of all required documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the overall project plan, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies for government approvals.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and submission of all application documents with multiple functional teams.
• Serve as liaison with state and federal government agencies and coordinate meetings/workshops/site visits.
