Altera Semiconductor Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Malaysia office within the Engineering Finance team.

You'll own planning cycles from AOP to quarterly forecasts, track in-quarter spend, and contribute to quarterly closes with hands-on financial modeling and Oracle EPM expertise. You will partner with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure rigorous financial controls and data-driven investment decisions, supporting cross-functional stakeholders across

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/quarter-end close.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
• Experience building financial models for investment decisions and ROI analyses.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to develop complex financial models.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in AOP development and quarterly forecasting for assigned cost centers using Oracle EPM.
• Track in-quarter spend against budget and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and program leads.
• Support quarterly closing, ensuring accurate actuals and proper cost classifications.
• Contribute to 5-year strategic reviews and multi-year financial models based on roadmap and headcount.
• Build investment models (NPV, ROI) to support capital allocation decisions.
• Present analysis to leadership to inform resource commitments.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and business teams to resolve open questions.
