Job summary

Altera Malaysia is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate activities and milestones required to secure government approvals from the Malaysian Government.

This role will serve as the central focal point across engineering, finance, human resources, legal, tax, government affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation, submission, and approval of all required documentation and supporting evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating regulatory or government-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the overall project plan, milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and submission of government application documents.
• Serve as primary liaison with government agencies and external stakeholders.
• Maintain centralized repository of project documentation and ensure audit-ready records.
• Coordinate data collection from multiple departments to support applications.
